Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of VBR and CIN to lead the development execution and optimization of our value-based care contracts and our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) . This role will oversee all aspects of performance-based reimbursement models payer relationships provider engagement and population health strategies to ensure financial sustainability and clinical excellence .

Key Responsibilities

Value-Based Reimbursement (VBR) :

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of VBR programs including shared savings capitation bundled payments and risk-based models.
• Manage payer negotiations and contract performance for Medicare Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Monitor financial and clinical performance metrics and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with finance analytics and clinical teams to track ROI and optimize contract performance.
