Contract Duration : 15 Weeks

Schedule : Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

Shift : Night Shift 11 : 30 PM 7 : 30 AM

Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay : Local : $1500 weekly

Position Overview

This role supports a healthcare environment focused on improving population health reducing health risks and creating meaningful behavioral change to enhance overall patient outcomes. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) will perform both front and back office responsibilities including patient flow management clinical procedures and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care by taking vital signs rooming patients and preparing them for exams and procedures.

Assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures while supporting patients throughout their visit.

Document accurate visit notes in the electronic health record (EHR).

Administer medications respond to patient inquiries per protocol and relay important information to providers.

Perform phlebotomy administer vaccines (including flu shots) and conduct biometric screenings.

Maintain exam room readiness and ensure medical supplies are stocked.

Provide general clerical and clinical support as needed.

Demonstrate strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Exercise sound clinical judgment and maintain a patient-focused approach.

Participate in health education and outreach activities to support patient wellness.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to administer flu shots and conduct biometric screenings.

Experience : Less than 2 years.
