About the Role

Are you passionate about unlocking human potential and contributing to organizational excellence? We're seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Content Developer and Learning Facilitator to play a pivotal role in shaping our team's growth journey under the strategic guidance of our L&D Lead.

In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help new hires and existing specialists alike become confident, high-performing team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design & Content Development

Collaborate with the L&D Lead and operational teams to design, refine, and maintain training materials and onboarding content.

Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Assist with and occasionally facilitate training sessions, ensuring content aligns with company values and learning objectives.
