Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly qualified Structural Section Head to lead and manage the structural engineering section in our Lexington KY office. This key leadership role requires a professional with extensive experience in structural engineering team management and project delivery within a collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the structural engineering team providing technical guidance mentorship and performance management
• Oversee and manage project scope schedules budgets and quality for structural projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients contractors and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and best practices in all structural designs
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the structural section
• Support career growth and professional development of team members
