Geotechnical Skilled Laborer

Travel : required throughout VA, DC, MD, & NC

Pay Range : $20.00 / hr- $25.00 / hr (Based on experience)

We are currently looking for Geotechnical Skilled Laborers to join our Geotechnical Group across VA and other locations throughout the Mid Atlantic. Work is performed outdoors year round. Employees will be exposed to wet, muddy, cold, hot and humid weather conditions. This individual must have the ability to communicate and work well with others. Experience in earth work, drilling, concrete, welding and small tool operation is preferred. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Construction experience with caisson, tiebacks, welding, drill rig experience / knowledge, and / or concrete experience a huge plus.

This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.

This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Welding certification is preferred
• Reliable transportation and Valid Drivers License is required
• Construction experience is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
