Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist I to engage members and enroll them in targeted programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls to members

Deliver effective communication to motivate members to utilize services

Collaborate with the care team to support care coordination

Required Qualifications

2 years of inside sales experience required

Experience in cold calling is required

Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms

Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment is preferred

High level of professionalism and productivity
