job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBase Salary : $35,000 annually Average Sales Agent Commission : $20,000 annually Top Sales Agents Commission : $45,000+ annually in commission Meet or exceed sales and production goals. Develop quotes, present coverage options, and close sales from provided lead sources, marketing, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with networking partners. Follow all underwriting and policy guidelines to ensure all work is completed correctly and compliant. Maintain consistent call and sales activity as outlined by management. Participate in meetings, training, and continuing education. Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License preferred but not required - licensing assistance available. Experience : Prior insurance or sales experience helpful, but not required. Communication : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with strong listening and negotiation abilities. Motivation & Drive : Self-starter with a positive attitude who is goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to exceed expectations. Technical Skills : Comfortable using CRM tools and technology to manage leads and client interactions. Teamwork & Dependability : Reliable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces learning new processes and products.
