Cheil Dallas, part of Cheil Worldwide, seeks an Associate Creative Director – Copy to partner with an Art Director and contribute to exciting campaigns for global clients.
About You
You don’t just write—you come up with big, strategic, social‑first ideas.
Your wordsmithing is the vehicle that showcases how brands can stand out on a global stage.
You curate knowledge about trends, classic ads, and human truths to create campaigns, stunts (online and IRL), and ads that capture attention and win hearts.
You work smart, fast, and collaboratively, balancing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
You have enough experience to coach the next generation of creatives in writing, presenting, and concepting; you live it, love it, and want to share it.
About The Role
This classic creative ACD role places emphasis on conceptual grit and social / innovative savvy.
You will be the half of a team that generates big ideas, crafts campaigns that win pitches, writes scripts, designs stunts, and produces concepts that impress clients, potential clients, and judges.
Think big—TV, social, AI, and everything in between.
About The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a creative‑related field (preferred).
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, adhering to timelines in a fast‑paced environment with high client expectations.
Curious, creative, and solution‑focused.
Excellent time‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
Works well with others while still taking independent initiative.
Passionate, positive, and optimistic.
Must have an online portfolio of smart, exciting, and award‑worthy work that showcases conceptual and tactical executions.
Social, campaign, and promotional experience is a must.
Consumer product experience is a plus.
Experience leading shoots and working closely with production.
Open to travel, extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.
Hybrid office schedule : 2 days minimum in office, 3 days optional remote.
Relocation assistance eligible.
Remote work possible under a hybrid arrangement.
