Office Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented office assistant to join our team in Nutley, New Jersey. Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
- Engage with clients in a courteous manner, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Handle document scanning tasks efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain smooth workflows.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage emails, appointments, and other communication tasks.
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer inbound calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office.
Requirements :
Proven experience in scanning documents and maintaining organized records.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing email and scheduling tasks.Familiarity with handling purchase orders and related administrative processes.Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.Experience in answering and managing inbound calls.Solid understanding of general clerical duties and office operations.
