Key Responsibilities

Lead program and project management efforts for timely execution of sales initiatives

Drive strategic planning and goal management in collaboration with Sales leadership

Manage reporting and performance analysis to guide data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or similar role

Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills

Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills

Project and program management expertise with a track record of cross-functional initiatives

Experience in sales operations or strategic project delivery within technology or professional services is desirable
