THE POSITION :

STACKs People Operations Generalist is a people-focused HR professional with a keen eye for detail and an obsession with accuracy & consistency. The ideal candidate can balance reporting and administration with employee-facing support for day-to-day issues and questions. As part of our People & Culture team the People Operations Generalist will be asked to jump in with creativity & enthusiasm to provide support in a variety of functional areas that arise in People & Culture.

• Collaborate with People & Culture team to create and execute best policies and practices across all departments.
• Provide support to the onboarding process including background checks orientation of new hires and ongoing support to ensure employees experience a seamless transition to our company.
• Provide assistance and responsive support to employees with People & Culture questions.
• Assist with the goal setting performance review and calibration process.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (updated on internal portal and handbook addendums posters at locations); assist with compliance of the annual employee handbook sign-off.
• Maintain and utilize HR information systems for data management and business requests for reporting.
• Support the launch and follow-up on employee engagement surveys and onboarding surveys; assist with post-survey focus groups.
• Manage our Lunch & learn initiative - plan schedule host lunch & learn sessions for employees.
• Provide administrative support with our recognition platform monitor reporting on participation in recognition program.
• Project manage other People & Culture departmental initiatives as they arise.
