The RNTTP Supervisory Coordinator is the designated first-line supervisory authority for RNTTP Residents. The RNTTP Supervisory Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of residents and evaluation of individual staff performance and completing proficiencies and promotion considerations. They enhance care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team to remove barriers and implement new evidence-based cutting-edge programs / processes. Responsible for monitoring, approving, and maintaining staff time and leave in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The RNTTP Supervisory Coordinator is an essential employee who facilitates program management and oversight of the RNTTP program, coordinates instructors / facilitators and classrooms for learning sessions, and confirmation / communication of dates / times. Ensures the RNTTP program curriculum is developed and reflects evidence-based practice and identifies expected learning outcomes to maintain Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and Office of Nursing Service (ONS) standards. Directs, coordinates, and provides programmatic guidance for new RNs, preceptors, and other Residency Program team members and stakeholders. Participate in Office of Nursing Service meetings. Determines and implements a process to demonstrate program effectiveness with aggregation of program outcome data as described in the RNTTP Program Evaluation Plan document. Ensures accountability for shared accountability for site surveys by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. Ensure all residents are enrolled in the ONS Survey Database and data is reviewed at regular intervals and reported to the Residency Advisory Committee and as described in the RNTTP Evaluation Plan for program effectiveness. The RNTTP Supervisory Coordinator collaborates with multiple disciplines in the assessment, planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of an effective program including orientation, regulatory training, continuing education, and in-services. The RNTTP Supervisory Coordinator demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others.

An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, with no additional professional nursing required.

Nurse I, Level II

Demonstrates integration of biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills and technically competent practice in providing care to clients with basic or complex.

An ADN or Diploma in Nursing AND 1 year of specialized nursing experience equivalent to Nurse I, Level 1 ; OR a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with no additional professional nursing experience required.

Nurse I, Level III

Demonstrates proficiency in practice based on conscious and deliberate planning. Self-directed in goal setting for managing complex client situations.

An ADN or Diploma in Nursing AND 2 years of professional nursing experience in which one year is equivalent to Nurse I, Level 2; OR a BSN and 1 year of professional nursing experience equivalent to the Nurse I, Level 2; OR a Master's degree in nursing (MSN) and no additional professional nursing experience; OR a Master's degree in a
