The Role

We're searching for a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who shares our belief that true wellness starts from within.

In this role, you'll guide patients through a personalized journey, interpreting labs, creating tailored treatment plans, and leading them toward optimal health through functional medicine, hormone therapy, and sustainable weight management.

📅 Schedule : Part-time | Monday to Friday | No nights or weekends required

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive functional medicine consultations and assessments
• Interpret advanced lab panels and design individualized care plans
• Manage hormone, weight loss, and functional protocols within the scope of practice
• Educate patients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies
• Collaborate closely with providers, RNs, and medical assistants to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain thorough documentation in our modern EMR system
