Mid-sized Law Firm seeks a Legal Assistant to support the Department with onboarding files, client / team communications including daily systems updates, and other support as needed for our judicial foreclosure department in the six states of which we are licensed. Experience with efiling, pulling dockets, and intake management are a plus. This position will be groomed to carry a caseload in the department as soon as proficiency is demonstrated with the nature of our work, our client systems, and client communications.

Qualifications / Job Requirements :

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced and frequently changing environment
• Professional email etiquette, a customer service focus, and attention to detail are imperative
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
• Judicial Foreclosure experience is preferred, but not required
• Reliable and dependable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
• Notary License is a plus

Some college or paralegal training is required. This position is in Office in Irvine, CA with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after the initial training period has been completed. Hybrid status is based on job proficiency, department and Firm approval.

Pay range for the Legal Assistant is $24 -$28 / hr based on experience.
