Superintendent – High-Rise Mixed-Use / Multifamily

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with deep experience managing ground-up, high-rise mixed-use and multifamily construction in dense urban environments. This position will oversee all field operations , ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of vertical concrete structures, MEP systems, façade / envelope scopes, and interior finishes for large-scale urban developments.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading 8–30+ story podium or cast-in-place structures , coordinating complex trade sequencing, and managing fast-paced schedules common to the Charleston peninsula and surrounding coastal markets.

Qualifications

Required

• 7–15+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in high-rise mixed-use or multifamily .
• Strong background in cast-in-place structure , post-tensioning, podium decks, and envelope systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects 8+ stories , ideally 12–30+ stories.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency with :
• Procore
• Bluebeam
• MS Project or P6 (look-ahead scheduling)
• Proven success running large project teams and multi-trade sequencing.
