What You Will Do :

• Manage a team of Project Managers that are responsible for developing Disk, Blade, and Airfoil manufacturing strategies to drive yield improvements and process control throughout all operations.
• Maintain site capital budgets, reporting and team oversight.
• Lead a team consisting of Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, EH&S, IT & facilities to develop sustainable capital strategies.
• Lead procurement activities including feasibility evaluation, alternatives analyses, economic life cycle cost analysis, RFP / RFQ packages, bidding, bid review, evaluation and recommendation, submission of Purchase Order Request in P&W SRM system; leverage manufacturing innovations to improve cost, delivery, and quality of aerospace airfoils.
• Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects to align with our growth strategy in support of the next generation of aerospace propulsion systems. Drive projects from conceptualization through procurement, installation and into implementation phases; act as site lead for growth projects and programs coordinating with Pratt and Whitney Core Capital Equipment Procurement Organization.
• Assists with the multi-year capital planning and programming coordination; lead the CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) journey to continuously improve the quality and exceed customer's expectations; perform all tasks at the highest level of safety awareness and be responsible for contractor oversight.

Onsite :

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
