job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAll bookkeeping duties for the owners' back office real estate investments Maintain bank accounts and reconciliations for each entity Manage various projects and communication with third parties Process and pay monthly bills, including checks and electronic payments Monthly Close for accounts and reporting package – P&L, Balance Sheet, etc. Quarterly and Annual analysis, summary, and presentation Tax Preparation and payments for each entity Monitor cash flow for each entity and communicate designated requirements Create quarterly projections to share and review with the external CPA firm Work on various other tasks as required

The Real Estate & Trust Accountant will perform all necessary bookkeeping activities for multiple entities, including but not limited to : maintaining records, bank accounts, paying bills, making deposits, accounting transactions, reporting, tax preparation, documenting procedures, and performing other duties as requested.
