Amazon Account Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Amazon Account Operations Manager to oversee multiple Amazon accounts and lead the internal execution team. This role requires someone who can manage people, streamline workflows, ensure operational excellence, and stay deeply involved in the day-to-day performance of each account.
Key responsibilities include :
- Overseeing the performance and operations of multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring each brand meets growth, profitability, and operational targets.
- Managing, mentoring, and supporting internal team membersincluding project managers, account managers, and specialiststo ensure workflows stay organized and deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a hands-on role in daily account operations, including listing updates, PPC coordination, catalog health, inventory checks, and issue resolution.
- Implementing and optimizing SOPs, processes, and task management structures to improve efficiency and alignment across all Amazon accounts.
- Collaborating closely with PPC, creative, catalog, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution and consistent brand performance.
- Overseeing account health and compliance, identifying risks and ensuring proactive resolution of warnings, suppressions, and performance notifications.
- Monitoring KPIs such as sales performance, ACoS / TACoS, conversion rates, inventory levels, and operational gaps; providing weekly performance reports and insights.
- Ensuring that each account's strategy is aligned with broader company goals, managing both top-level oversight and on-the-ground execution.
- Tracking competitor activity, market trends, and opportunities to improve rankings, profitability, and overall account growth.
