Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and help shape the voice of our organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing PR strategies designed to communicate our mission and values effectively to the public, media, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Craft and distribute press releases and media kits.
  • Manage media inquiries and cultivate relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  • Coordinate and execute company events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports summarizing PR metrics and trends.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using PR software, social media platforms, and online monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated creativity in content creation and storytelling.
