About The Position

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
• 23 patients per day
• 40 total hours with 36 patient-facing and 4 administrative hours
• Primary care ambulatory experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• Patient age range 19 - 99+
• Potential for extension beyond initial assignment
