A company is looking for a Telephone Claims Adjuster to investigate and adjust automobile claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Investigate all aspects of auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Apply understanding of insurance policies and determine coverage, liability, and damages

Identify customer needs and collaborate with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation

Required Qualifications :

2 or more years of related experience

Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required

Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices

Experience in customer service orientation
