The Community Liaison at Village Caregiving will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community partners and potential clients throughout the state of Wisconsin.
This individual contributor role is a full time, salary sales job, with a compensation range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities :
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, including healthcare facilities, assisted living facilities, and community organizations for the state of Wisconsin.This candidate must be able to travel 3-4 times a week to build and maintain relationships.
Conduct outreach and networking activities to promote Village Caregiving's services and establish partnershipsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts and ensure consistent messagingAttend community events and meetings to represent Village Caregiving and promote our servicesMaintain accurate records of all outreach activities, including meetings and referralsProvide education and training to community partners on Village Caregiving's services and programsCollaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition and communication for new clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activitiesRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or community outreachProven track record of building and maintaining relationships with community partnersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareValid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleEEOC Statement :
