The HELOC Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Selene's consumer line of credit portfolio, with a focus on operational accuracy, fraud mitigation, and servicing integrity. This position requires deep expertise in MSP and open-ended credit structures, and will contribute to Selene's mission of delivering customized servicing solutions that preserve homeownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and manage consumer lines of credit, including open-ended HELOCs, ensuring compliance with servicing standards and investor requirements.
• Utilize MSP's Consumer Loan Workstation to monitor line functionality, repayment methods, and calculation accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and reconcile data discrepancies from acquired portfolios and prior servicers.
• Support loan boarding processes for new lines of credit, ensuring accurate setup and validation.
• Apply working knowledge of cash application processes to resolve payment issues.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance using MSP standard reports and custom dashboards.
• Collaborate with fraud teams to investigate and mitigate risks associated with advance requests.
• Assist in the setup and validation of ELOC Plan Headers and ensure proper performance alignment.
• Identify and escalate billing file discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional training and documentation efforts.
• Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures as necessary.
