Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation. Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
