Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dedicated professional is sought to provide specialized educational support in a K-12 setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position focuses on fostering an inclusive learning environment for students with varied needs, particularly in 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in inclusive settings
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • mitment to collaboration and continuous professional development

Location : Corrales, NM

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement tailored instructional plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate special education support within the general curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outes.
  • municate regularly with students, parents, and support staff regarding student development.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning for all students.
