Pay Range : $60 - $62 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking an HR Employee Relations Specialist to pioneer our approach in managing external trends and strategic company changes while ensuring a healthy and engaging work environment. The role includes executing on strategic changes, directly managing workplace conflicts, and providing consultation for performance concerns, leveraging a deep understanding of organizational health. The candidate will collaborate across teams, supporting the workforce, and driving projects to foster a proactive and inclusive workplace culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Support the company's adaptation to external trends and strategic developments.
- Manage and resolve workplace conflicts and employee escalations with autonomy and collaborative effort.
- Assess and address organizational health and engagement issues, providing support and consultation.
- Work on company-level priorities and projects in collaboration with various internal teams.
- Enhance capability for managers and teams through individual cases and projects.
Must have Skills
Industry Experience Required :
Prior experience in HR or related field, preferably with a focus on Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
