As the Technology Landscape Researcher Leader, you will lead a team of strategic technology scouts responsible for scanning global innovation signals. Your team will be at the forefront of identifying and assessing emerging technologies, initiating the early-stage contextualization for potential Horizon 3 opportunities that will shape the future of Belden. You will be instrumental in driving our innovation pipeline by assessing the relevance of new technologies to Belden's key verticals. This position offers [Remote / Flexible / Onsite] work arrangements.

What you bring :

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $160,000 - $200,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
