Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms.
• Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership.
• Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle-related content, case studies and training updates.
• Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways and track completions.
• Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness.
• Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

California Salary Range : $101,200 $215,100.

Standard work hours and years of service determine personal time off per fiscal year. Eligible employees receive two paid break days each year, one at year end and one around the July 4th holiday.
