Long Term Contract

5+ years experience

Must be local to Philadelphia and able to come to the office 3-4 days per week.

Certainly, someone who can support and facilitate the usual scrum ceremonies is critical but he's looking for people with a focus on continuous improvement and are specifically familiar with Inspect & adapt methodologies. Must be comfortable interacting with teams & leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting Scrum Teams :

Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)

Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.

Facilitate engaging retrospective meetings to identify areas of improvements.

ssist in tracking and reporting key performance and flow metrics, such as velocity, throughput, cycle time and release burn-up.

Help onboard new team members to Agile principles and practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their expectations and to help coach the product owner and scrum team on the optimal ways of working.
