Alliance Urgent Care is a friendly, family oriented company which offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation and a great work environment. We are currently seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team in a Full-time capacity, at our fast paced urgent care center in Buckeye. At least 1 year experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine is preferred, but not necessarily required. The ideal candidate would be available for 12-14 shifts per month.

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to ancillary services (outside lab and radiology)
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine preferred
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
