About the Role

The Documentation Technical Writer supports documentation requirements for manufacturing activities, including creating or revising protocols and SOPs, formatting documents effectively, researching, tracking and logging process improvements, and tracking and trending operational metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Editing, writing, and streamlining manufacturing protocols, SOPs and other documents to support client or internal procedures. Formatting documents and applying critical thinking to end‑user requirements.
  • Initiating and executing change controls and CAPAs, and contributing to site metrics for timely issuance of procedures and closure dates.
  • Meeting with stakeholders on revision changes, facilitating meetings, and communicating progress and issues to leadership.
  • Researching submissions for procedural process improvements and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Performing data entry and basic analysis of track‑and‑trend metrics, and preparing report presentations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
  • Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience desired.
  • MS Office knowledge required.
  • Technical writing experience required.
  • Researching and compiling data required.
  • Ability to sit for long periods, perform computer work, and maintain ergonomics.

    Weekday Days, Monday-Friday.

  • Hiring Wage : $30.99–$41.93 / hr, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
