Position Overview :

• Job Title : Community Manager
• Salary : $75,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Schedule : Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an affordable multifamily community, Tualatin Meadows (240 units), located in Tualatin, OR. This role includes managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The Community Manager will ensure that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures and other laws and regulations governing multifamily housing operations.
