About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President - Public Works Practice Area Leader (PAL) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, with a primary focus on managing the overall business aspects of the public works practice area. This role demands a strong client manager, marketer, business leader, mentor, and operations manager, essentially acting as a mini-CEO for the business unit. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, working closely with other senior leaders to achieve financial and strategic plans, and having overall responsibility for the practice's P / L and sales growth. The PAL will also be involved in the development of the corporate strategic plan, establishing and monitoring sales goals, and ensuring the long-term success of the practice area.

Applicants for the Senior Vice President - Public Works Practice Area Leader (PAL) position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, be a registered professional engineer, and have a minimum of 15 years' engineering experience.
