A1 Garage Door Service is the national leader in garage door repair and installation. We are scaling our in-house creative program to support brand storytelling, social content, and campaign needs that fuel performance across markets.

We are hiring a Graphic Designer (1099 contract) to be the visual wing to our content engine. You’ll work crafting thumbnails, blog graphics, social posts, and print / digital assets. We need someone creative, consistent, and playful with layout, who can jump in 2–3 days / week in Phoenix for brainstorming and alignment.

What You’ll Do

• Design visual assets : blog header images, thumbnails, social graphics, collateral
• Work from and refine templates while keeping brand consistency
• Prepare files for web and print (exporting, resizing, compressing)
• Automate simple design tasks or workflows when you can
• Work inside project tools (Monday, ClickUp, or similar)
• Collaborate in person (2–3 days per week) to sync design with content and marketing
• Adapt quickly to changes and challenges that come with a fast-paced environment
