Mortgage Assistance Specialist

A company is looking for a Mortgage Assistance Point (MAP) Specialist to assist borrowers during loss mitigation and foreclosure processes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact for borrowers navigating loss mitigation options or active foreclosure status

Provide information and updates to borrowers regarding loss mitigation and foreclosure decisions

Gather necessary information and documentation from borrowers while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Two to four years of experience in clerical or administrative activities

Ability to identify and resolve issues and interpret data with limited supervision

Proficient PC skills, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
