Accounts Payable Supervisor

As the Manager of Accounts Payable, you will oversee the A / P team, vendor compliance, and transaction card program at our Corporate Office in Denver, CO. Your responsibilities will include check processing, vendor database maintenance, unclaimed property submission, and various accounting-related tasks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Essential Responsibilities :

Manage accounts payable processes, vendor compliance, and database maintenance.

Handle AP check processing and reconciliation of national vendor accounts.

Assist with year-end activities, including audit preparation and 1099 & CRP submission.

Develop and maintain procedures and policies for accounts payable.

Maintain unclaimed property tracker and submit unclaimed property funds to respective states.

Handle deposits, receipts, and other accounting tasks as needed.

Collaborate with company clients and stakeholders.

Participate in Cardinal U training as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

3-5 years of accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience (property management experience is a plus).

1-2 years of supervisory experience in AP processes and team management.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with YARDI, Entrata, Real Page, Adobe, and Google Apps is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work as a team player and adapt to change.
