Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for an Executive Vice President, Finance to lead and manage its financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct daily cash operations and financial forecasting

Oversee financial operations including accounting, payroll, and accounts management

Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the President and Board of Directors

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in higher education financial management

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Experience with financial systems, compliance, audits, and budgeting

Proven expertise in strategic budget development and financial forecasting

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a commitment to fiscal integrity
