Position Summary

As a Senior Buyer 3, you will be responsible for being a key member of the team that sources everything from flooring to books, consulting services to instructional supplies to support the Seattle College District's three campuses and satellite locations across the city. In this role, you will engage with internal and external partners to source the best products, at the best price, with a keen eye on diversifying the suppliers we support.

As one of the departments in Financial Services, the Purchasing Department adheres to state, federal, and district procurement policies while placing a high emphasis on seeking out and encouraging diverse suppliers to work with our team. In order to meet our diverse student and staff populations where they are, the Purchasing Department seeks to deeply understand the needs of each purchase request and collaborate to source the best products and services while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
