• Brand Advocacy : Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement
• Scheduling Effectiveness : Develop and maintain an efficient schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely store visits and event participation across multiple channels
• Store Visit Guidelines : Adhere to established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners
• Cluster Routing for Travel : Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time spent on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories
• Merchandising and Brand Standards : Oversee the merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, lettermark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements
• Product Expertise : Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and ecosystem, with the ability to demonstrate key features and benefits to customers effectively.
• KPI Achievement : Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through planning, execution, and continuous improvement
• Collaboration with Field Sales Manager : Work directly with the local Field Sales Manager to support high-touch locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs
• Field Events Execution : Drive the execution of field events and merchandising initiatives through event participation, customer engagement and ensuring execution of strategic priorities
• Event Ambassador : Represent Samsung as an ambassador for multiple channels and events, engaging with customers and stakeholders to promote the brand and its products and convincingly articulate brand value, product benefits, and effective selling techniques
