Senior Parts Services Manager - Motors
The Senior Parts Services Manager - Motors will be responsible for the financial and operating performance of a $3M+ product line within GEH Parts Motors segment, including Large Motors, Parts, and Services. The role includes products solution development, product sales, orders management and establishing tactical execution plans to drive sustainable growth focused on product delivery, Sales, Margins, Growth, On Time Delivery, and Forecasting for both Orders and Sales.

The base pay range for this position is $104,200-138,900. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity. This position is expected to close on 7 / 3 / 2025.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
