About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its North Central Florida Chapter. This role is pivotal in serving as the face of the organization, with a primary focus on external community relations. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a four-year college degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. The role requires strong communication, influencing, and public speaking skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and sustaining community partnerships, and experience in managing a board of directors. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and the ability to work on a team and travel as needed is also required. The Executive Director will be expected to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, with a focus on the company's mission of humanitarian service.
