Physical Therapist (Community Health Center)

FlexStaff is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join one of our external clients, a community services non-profit organization serving people with developmental disabilities for their Community Health Center, located in the Bronx.

Position Details :

• Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM or 8 : 00AM-4 : 00PM
• License Requirement : New York State Physical Therapist license limited permit, or eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy
• Experience : Prior experience is preferred, but not required

In this role you will be responsible for planning and implementing prescribed physical therapy treatment programs; conducting annual screens, assessments, and daily documentation if warranted.

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant school.
