Job Overview

As an IT Proposal / Bid Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading, planning, and overseeing the Proposal Development Lifecycle for our organization. This remote position requires exceptional skills and experience in writing high-quality proposals, particularly for Federal and State Government Agencies. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for managing the Proposal Processes to ensure the production of 100% compliant and compelling proposals.

Detailed Responsibilities

Bid IT Projects

• Lead the bid process for IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive bid strategies and solutions tailored to each project.
• Analyze project specifications and develop compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy and completeness of bids.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities to enhance bid competitiveness.
• Manage the bid submission process, including documentation, compliance checks, and timely delivery.
• Provide post-bid support, including clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization, to secure project wins.
• Continuously evaluate and improve bid processes and strategies based on feedback and lessons learned.
