Job Description

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating third-party data and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement robust integrations with third-party data sources and APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and integrations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, software platforms, and integration methodologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Document processes, solutions, and technical specifications.

Requirements

Required Knowledge :

Active Directory configuration.

SharePoint, Exchange, and Power BI integration.

SSO integration.

EPIC and HL7 integration.

Experience with S2, Alertus, Rave, and similar systems.

Certificates (preferred) :

Microsoft 365 certificates

Azure certificates

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of server-side coding experience.

5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar technical role.

Extensive experience with third-party data and API integrations.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple platforms.

Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
