The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, partnering closely with product and executive leadership to translate business goals into reliable, high-quality software delivery. Ideal candidates are experienced in scaling teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture, and building engineering practices that support rapid product innovation and operational excellence.

Accountabilities :

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering organization across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product leadership to translate roadmaps into actionable engineering deliverables and manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards including code quality, testing, CI / CD pipelines, and documentation practices.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud optimization, system reliability, and performance to meet SLA commitments.
• Implement metrics, KPIs, and best practices to measure productivity, quality, and velocity across teams.
• Collaborate on technical strategy, evaluate new technologies, and make build vs. buy decisions.
