The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in overseeing all accounting functions and providing strategic financial guidance. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies. Key responsibilities for the CFO include directing all financial activities, supporting the executive team in financial planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves supervising a team of financial staff, maintaining knowledge of current financial standards, and leading internal control and staff development initiatives. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should be prepared to influence their own development and be passionate about their work. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, with a Master's degree preferred, and a CPA designation is also preferred. Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with a bank of at least $5B in assets, is essential. The CFO must be proficient in PC software, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve complex financial problems is a must.
