job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership and good standing with the Oklahoma Bar 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience Strong knowledge of Oklahoma civil procedure and court rules Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation Trial or arbitration experience preferred but not required Strong communication and client relationship skills Represent clients in a variety of civil defense cases, including personal injury, liability, construction, labor & employment or commercial claims Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice Conduct and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony Draft and argue motions and other court filings Attend mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel regarding case strategy and progress Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective defense strategies and deliver high-quality client service For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of civil defense matters, including personal injury, liability, construction, labor & employment or commercial claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a respected firm known for its trial experience and collaborative environment.

- Competitive base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 , commensurate with experience
