Engagement Description

• User experience is part strategy part research part design.
• The UX designer works with key stakeholders and conducts research to understand business needs end-user insights and the competitive landscape to shape the UX direction to achieve business objectives.
• The UX designer then creates a design based on the direction collaborating with content writers and UI designers.
• The overall design should facilitate a user experience that is usable accessible and delightful to end-users using human-centered design principles and best practices.
