The Role :

WeBox is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top WeBox talent to join our growing company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within WeBox.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Mainly Focus on Sales Position Recruitment
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing platforms.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote WeBox as an employer of choice.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
