Bobbles & Lace Savannah, a women's clothing boutique, is gearing up for a November Grand Opening and is searching for a driven  Assistant Store Director  to help lead the launch of our second store, proudly expanding from our Charleston base. This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside a fast-expanding brand and take on a leadership role rooted in both fashion and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

As  Assistant Store Director , you'll be the right hand to the Store Director—supporting in all aspects of styling, leadership, and operations while bringing your own creativity and initiative to the role :

• Client Experience & Styling  – Deliver an elevated styling experience that's warm, personal, and memorable. Build relationships with clients and become a trusted face of the brand.
• Team Support & Development  – Lead by example on the floor, helping coach and motivate stylists while supporting the Store Director in training and development.
• Sales & Goal Achievement  – Drive daily and monthly sales through confident styling, clienteling, and thoughtful follow-up.
• Community Connection  – Support the planning and execution of in-store events, pop-ups, and local partnerships that grow awareness and deepen community ties.
• Visual & Operational Excellence  – Partner with the Store Director and Visual Director to maintain stunning merchandising and organized, efficient store operations.
• Scheduling & Structure  – Assist in managing the store schedule, ensuring strong communication, coverage, and accountability across the team.
